I recently stayed at Residence Inn for a concert at Metlife stadium. The hotel is conveniently close to the stadium and offers a shuttle service. The room setup was great, especially the fireplace. The kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff went above and beyond, showing me how to operate the TV and even driving to help me when my GPS died. The included breakfast was a nice touch. a pleasant stay for event-goers.

I had a great stay at Residence Inn. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from American Dream. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the separate bedroom with a door for privacy. Despite a minor inconvenience of the bathroom only being accessible through the bedroom, it was not a big issue for me and my family. The breakfast was decent, although they could have been more consistent in restocking the items. I really enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn and would definitely consider returning.

We loved spending 1 night here. Fairly clean place, great location, super friendly staff. The food was appetising with lots of alternatives.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was perfect for my needs, being close to the American Dream mall and waterpark. It made it very convenient for me to enjoy these attractions. Additionally, the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice kitchenette that allowed me to prepare meals. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

No major issues, everything was up to par.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, parking, and the fact that the hotel offered shuttle service to the expo center and the new indoor amusement park. The location of the hotel was very convenient for my stay as it was close to everything I was doing in the area for a family funeral. The room is large enough, with a decent bathroom and a good coffee maker, but could be more comfortable. Breakfast is served, but it needs more variety and flexibility.

The staff lacked warmth and some guests' behavior was unacceptable in the pool area.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was perfect, close to all the shopping centers and restaurants. It was such a relief not having to travel too far to find everything we needed. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered a complimentary hot breakfast, which was a great way to start our mornings. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One thing I didn't like about our stay was the housekeeping schedule. They only clean the rooms every other day, which was a bit inconvenient, especially with kids.
